Giske Shipping AS was funded in 1990, and have since 2004 acted as the Norwegian agent for Orient Overseas Container Line, OOCL. Through the collaboration Giske Shipping AS has specialised in container transport worldwide – with the main majority between Europe and Asia.

The company consists of a team of well experienced people with strong relations to the market, who serve each client personally.

Giske Shipping AS is part of the Giske Group Company AS, which over the years have built strong and lasting business relationships.

The founder and CEO, Steinar H Giske, is one of the pioneers in handling reefer shipments overseas to Asia, especially from Norway to Japan.
